WINEMAKING: Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures.

                          Promptly destemed and pressed in the winery in the middle of the vineyard ;

                          Low temperature fermentation.

 

TASTING NOTES: VISUAL: Very clear and light lemony color;

                               NOSE: Very young fruity aromas with some tones of spring flower;

                               FLAVOR: It’s a dry wine, yet prety round. A very own minerality and acidity matches perfectly with the generous amount of alcohol ;
