Vale Romões White Table Wine 2013

 

ORIGIN: Upper Douro

 

GRAPE VARIETY: Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Rabigato, Viosinho.

 

ALCOHOL: 12,5% vol.alc.

 

YEAR: 2013

 

WINEMAKING: Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures at 8ºC.

                          Imediately destemed grapes when inside the winery;

                          Fermentation on less in stainless steel open vats; Low temperature fermentation.

 

STAGE: 5 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the freshness of the wine.

 

TASTING NOTES: Very light colour and clear aspect;

                               Good aromatic intensity with fruity tones and also flower scents;

                               Soft with a refreshing acidity and the finish is prolonged and persistent.

 

TOTAL PRODUCTION: 100.000 bottles

 

PACKAGING: Bottle – Prestige bourdeaux 750 ml

PAIRING: This is a great wine to enjoy as na aperitif with a meal, it pairs very well with fish dishes, grilled white meat or even a salad and poultry.

Perfect pairing with Japanese food, chicken piri-piri and seafood.

 

INFO: It should be served at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.

           Serve chiled.
