ORIGIN: Upper Douro - Wine Regional Duriense 2013 DOC.

 

GRAPE VARIETY: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca.

 

ALCOHOL: 13,5% vol.alc.

 

YEAR: 2013

 

WINEMAKING: Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures;

                          Imediately destemed grapes when inside the winery;

                          Tanning fermentation in stainless steel open vats.

 

STAGE: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and Portuguese oak.

 

TASTING NOTES: Visual: Intense ruby color

                               Aroma: ripe fruit remember, vanilla and cocoa.

                              Flavor: The palate is full-bodied and dense, elegant and distinct, with long persistent.

 

TOTAL PRODUCTION: 60.000 bottles

 

PACKAGING: Bottle – Prestige bourdeaux 750 ml

PAIRING: Perfect to pair with food dishes based on meat, sausages and cheese. It is also very nice to taste it with small dishes of "Tapas" or just by it self.

 

INFO: It should be served at a temperature between 16ªC and 18ºC.

           It should be stored horizontally in a dry and cool place.
