CANNED OLIVE Monte da Colónia 250g / 500g / 800g / 3kg / 5kg

 

Mixed olives made from the cobrançosa and galega variety duly shredded and seasoned, ready to serve. The olives for canning are properly caught in propitious times and selected for their quality. Thereafter they are placed in fermenters with brine. Having said that are being removed from the fermentors undergo a cleaning machine , and followed by another gauge shredding machine and are then placed in appropriate basins daily for changes waters , where it appears that are suitably sweetened are packed in various types of packaging and seasoned with salt , bay leaves and oregano.
